Gosh.. Been long since i last came back.. Hee.. HIIIIII

My job is done at Hilton for now. Stopped working over there for a week now. Miss Ka Ka(sis in malay), Chef Alan and Ah Man. Especially Ah Man, my good partner, my shi fu and my good friend. Knowing that now he owns Glow Kitchen, but still under Chef Alan la, I feel good for him but im not there to celebrate with him. HAIYO.. I WANT TO GO BACK!

Right now, Im attached to Jumbo Seafood Restaurant. Great place too. I think i have lots and lots of luck. Been to many places with good people, good chef. Now, im at the Central Kitchen doing some normal chores and learning how to prepare food for mass production with Elis and Wei Kang. Not bad not bad, life is good and relaxing there but not as enjoyable and fun as Hitlon! ):

Hmm.. Wonder where i will be attached too. Big Splash at East Coast Park or Indoor Stadium. (: Anywhere will be fine. As long as i learn.
